The experience of Teacher Training in USA:

This winter vacation, I was with the school visiting group to American sixth districts to visit and study, close contact with USA primary school teaching and learning life, we will feel the abbreviated as follows:

Firstly, we entered the America primary school classroom, teachers versatile surprised me, a class of languages, mathematics, reading, science curriculum should bear all by a teacher. Every day before class, the teacher put the course sequence and write on the blackboard, the classroom is not rigid teachers say the students listen, but very active, free, relaxed, there is no fixed platform, students can walk around, always asking questions. Students sometimes like chatting, sometimes classroom completely in the hands of students to show, this class does not make people feel "What I say goes.", "cramming" boring. On the contrary, teachers guide students in adaptation thoughts, the children thinking sparks remain free to burst out.

The first class is math USA the third grade primary school, when I asked what to teachers use teaching materials, teachers "David smiled and said: We have no textbooks." "no textbooks?" I thought he didn't understand my words. Then look at the smile he turned to the student organization class. 19 students divided into 4 parts, 3 students to continue to complete the day before the operation, 5 students independent complete the examination papers, 10 students around the teachers listen and answer papers around, there are 1 students in the make an entirely different from another small papers, is full of simple within 20 addition and subtraction method. I also saw two students completed the first test of the initiative to give some slower students to explain. After class, David teacher explained it to me: "every child is different, how can it be used unified textbook?"

In addition, in the United States also pay special attention to teaching methods and skills. The cultivation of American elementary schools attach great importance to education of love and sense of responsibility. Each classroom is hung with 3 map: a map of the world, the national map and the map and flag. Every week a flag and sing the National Anthem ceremony. In science class teachers often lead to outdoor observation of insects and small animals living conditions, make the students know more about animals and humans are equal. These vivid real education is to let the children was set up for the world, the motherland in mind and the protection of nature, the respect for life and sense of responsibility and mission.

I.The education group form Beijing Cotton Hutong Kinderkarten came to their sister school --William Anton pre-school to have a friendly communication. They visited the students' class and activities , had the interactions with them . The teacher had seminars to learn the education system , teaching experiences, management methods and the difference between China and USA, especially the pre-school education.On weekends, the teachers attended the curriculums taught by the "21 century training center". To learn how to become a good and qualified teacher , how to solve the current issues and face the challenges. They got many questions settled down and made the classes positive and interestion.

J.The Beijing Xuanshiyifuxiao Primary school group came to LA to visit their American sister school and joined in their calsses. The Chinese students attended the computer class taught by the American teacher. After lunch, they got Chinese and Math class by their Chinese teachers. After school , the students started their homestay to deeply experienced the local traditional American life.And their teachers visited the host families on behalf of their parents.They all appreciated the hospitality by their homestay families.

K.The Beijing Experimental No1 Primary School group visited their sister school to attend the american student classrooms and have seminars with the school leadership and staff. They learned about the public school management methods , teaching experiences and the teacher evaluation ways.They also had lunch with the American parents and teachers. Then They visited a private school and sharesd teaching methods with the teachers and communicated with them about the the students' school life and study situations.  

L.The teachers of Sanlisan School joined in the teacher-training of the 21^st century.
